Stress and anxiety are replaced by a more tranquil mind and a vibrant sense of equilibrium.

The Well-Being Enhancer aims to help you tap into your inner calm, fostering a mindset that promotes relaxation, resilience, peace, and holistic wellness. Whether you're seeking relief from anxiety, work-life integration, better sleep, are wanting to draw healthier boundaries we offer a personalized experience to find your inner calm and re-frame the way you look at your life.

You will learn practical tools to help you feel more at peace and in control as you navigate the sometimes choppy waters of life. 

Learning Goals

Overview

The Well-Being Enhancer coaching will equip you with the awareness, skills, and tools necessary to promote and optimize your holistic well-being and life balance, increase mental resilience, improve your mental health, improve your self care and practice habits that help you thrive more of the time.

 

You will explore key components of well-being, including physical, mental, emotional, and social, and learn practical strategies to support yourself and others in cultivating a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle.

What's Included
 

  • A Foundations sessions (60 minutes)

  • A Goal-Setting Session (60 minutes)

  • Five (5) personalized Coaching Sessions (60 minutes each)

  • A Summary and Action Step Review Session (45 minutes)

  • A Check-In Session (10 weeks after the program ends)

  • Access to deeply reflective pre-work to maximize our coaching time

  • Optional weekly text or email check-ins outside of the coaching time

  • Transformative tools, exercises and visualizations for increased peace, calm, clarity and fulfillment
