Transitioning into a leadership role is a time of tremendous growth and with it, growing pains. Imagine transforming uncertainty and chaos into greater confidence by stepping into your leadership role with greater clarity, greater focus and a stronger, more powerful presence.

This program is for you if you have recently just stepped into a new leadership role, are feeling stressed and overwhelmed by all the new demands and expectations, and want  support as you navigate your way through this major transition. 

 

Together, we will navigate some of the most common challenges and traps of leadership, hone your leadership style, and cultivate the mindset, habits and behaviors needed for you to inspire and lead with greater clarity and authenticity. This program will help you accelerate time to proficiency and equip you with the skills to start leading rather than just managing while avoiding some of the pitfalls and common mistakes of new leaders. We will work together to determine what you most would like to focus on.

Clarify Your Values, Vision & Leadership Style

You can have the best GPS,  but without a clear end point you won't get very far, or worse, end up in places you didn't want to go. By taking the time to define, articulate and live authentically from your values you reap the benefits of aligned action and decision making, increased motivation and clarity of purpose, improved communication, and are prepared to navigate challenges with greater clarity. 

Improve Feedback Giving and Receiving Skills

Being good at giving feedback also entails being good at receiving it and fostering an environment where such feedback can be safely given. This program includes an optional leadership assessment to help you gain clarify of the factors and tendencies that impact the way you lead. 

Cultivate Trust
& Safety

When team members feel safe to express themselves, take risks, and make mistakes without fear of judgment or reprisal, they feel more engaged, contribute more fully and creativity and innovation happen more easily. As a leader, it's your responsibility to foster an environment where trust thrives and safety is a given - and lead by example.

Stepping into a leadership role begins with understanding that 'what got you here, won't get you there'. It means reassessing how you can best add value, carving out time to determine what's most important versus only tending to the urgent, adjusting your priorities and learning to delegate.​

What's Included

The program consists of a total of 12 coaching sessions, a powerful toolkit designed to help you clarify and solidify your leadership style and address some of the common leadership challenges. Program may include pre-work and an assessments, if mutually decided that these would be feasible.

The specific sessions are as follows:

Chemistry & Agreement Session

(45 minutes)

To get to know each other while creating a safe and comfortable space for us working together.

Foundations & Goal-Setting Session

(60 minutes)

To better understand you and the challenges you're facing, and to clearly articulate the exact end goals you have in mind.

03.

Eight transformational coaching sessions**

(60 minutes each)

To address the leadership challenges you face along with the behaviors and mindsets that will help you create lasting impact.

04.

Mid-Way Check-In

Session

(60 minutes)

To understand the progress we are making, the changes you are seeing and to course adjust as needed. Conducted after session #4.

05.

Accountability & Momentum Check-In

Session

To keep you going strong in your new mindsets and behaviors. Conducted 10 weeks after the program.

Your Commitment

Time commitment: 14 hours over 12-24 weeks.

Sessions are scheduled at mutually convenient times, approximately 1-2 weeks apart.
